BoBo and Cheese!!!

Natalie fell and hit her head on the door frame over the weekend. It swelled up pretty big and even though it did not bleed, it did form a scab. A scab that she decided to pick off on the way to school Tuesday morning. I'm really glad that I have some Band Aids in the trunk!

And since Daddy was taking a picture of Natalie, Christopher thought he'd give some "cheese" too.

A Visit with Uncle Bubba and Aunt Lisa

We went to see Uncle Bubba and Aunt Lisa. I was chatting too much to take many photos, but we had a great time! The kids love Otis Brown, their new (but growing fast) puppy. And as usual, Natalie's favorite thing to play with are the fridge magnets.

Crazy Hair and Some Lovin

Natalie has some crazy hair when she wakes up in the morning... Christopher loves her anyways:)

New Pool!

I'm sorry for the delay in blog posts, Natalie had an ear infection last week and so I wasn't on the computer much. She is all better now, though. I have several posts and photos ready to share with you. Here are the children having fun in the new pool!

Silly Face Layout

Here is a LO I made of some of Christopher's attempts at a funny face. I think the colors really fit him and the mood of the photos. Credits HERE.

Sprinkler Fun

I bought a new sprinkler yesterday for the kids to play in. The haven't really enjoyed the water toy I had previously purchased, so I thought I'd try something different. Christopher really enjoyed it, but Natalie is not a big fan of spraying water, so I pulled out the big pots and that was something they both enjoyed:) I was trying to avoid getting a pool this year, but they had so much fun, I guess I'll break down and do it. Here are some of my favorite photos from yesterday.

Really, I let the boy drink as much good water as he wants, I guess there is just something about catching the spray...

I think he'll have a little more wiggle room if I get a pool:)

Trying to catch a few droplets from a safe distance.

Got a little too close.

She found a small leak in the hose... a manageable spray amount for her.

Really digging the nonsplashing water.

I wonder if it would be possible to close them any tighter?

I need to go get groceries and I'll pick up a pool while I'm out... I'll have more pictures soon!

A Budding Photographer

Guess who took these photos? I do think that my boy is going to have a gift! He loves the camera and tries to get ahold of it every chance he gets. I think he'll be ready to go Pro soon, what do you think?

Silly Faces

Daddy is teaching the kids how to make silly faces. They always have so much fun together!

We went to Walmart today and Christopher picked out some Go, Diego, Go sheets for his bed. He was super excited to sleep in them tonight!

What We Have Been Up To Lately

My kids love to fall asleep in interesting positions! Daddy was kind enough to let Mommy have some alone time in her stamp room. Natalie got mad at Christopher and put her head on the couch so she could be as pitiful as possible. I guess she was more tired than she thought and she ended up falling asleep with her feet dangling. She did end up having a pretty good nap that day.

We have had nothing but rain in the past week. Daniel was off over the weekend and decided to grill up some burgers since it was only sprinkling. Of course the kids wanted to spend time with their Daddy, so they got to go outside with him and play in the mud. They got in a pretty good mud war as you can tell and then they got to rinse off with the hose. We ended up putting clean tshirts on the both of them and eating on the porch. After that they got a nice long bubble bath to finish washing the dirt off.

As a side note, don't you think the yard looks pretty awesome? Yup, ladies and gentlemen, I did the mowing and I did a great job if I do say so myself:P

Now aren't these the sweetest kids? Natalie layed down beside her brother while he was still asleep. She just loves to curl up next to him. Yes, he is sleeping in his own big boy bed now! Of course I haven't gotten around to getting him big boy sheets (which I plan on doing this weekend) and he likes to drag our pillows onto his bed, but we are all happy with the arrangement. Well, I hope you are enjoying all the eye candy I have for you today, I'll post again soon:)
